What kind of stand spaces are available?
The minimum stand size at embedded world 2026 is 9 sqm.
Halls 1, 2, 3, 3A and 4A are aimed at companies in the hardware, systems and services sectors. Hall 4 has its focus on the areas of software, tools, systems and services. Hall 5 covers hardware, systems and services as well as software and tools.
In addition, there are some special areas with specific thematic focuses:
- electronic displays Area: Hall 1 and Hall 3
- embedded vision Area: Hall 2
- IC & IP Design Area: Hall 4
- M2M Area: Hall 3
- safety & security Area: Hall 5
- startup@embedded world Area: Hall 2
All-Inclusive Package
Take advantage of the benefits of our All-Inclusive package and book a 9 or 12 sqm stand space including stand construction, Marketing Services and other services.You can book the package via your online stand application or in the exhibitor area.

Price overview
Prices per sqm for embedded world 2026 (minimum 9 m²):- EUR 375/m² In-line stand (1 side open)
- EUR 430/m² Corner stand (2 sides open)
- EUR 449/m² Peninsula stand (3 sides open)
- EUR 469/m² Island stand (4 sides open)
All registrations until 30 June 2025 benefit from an early bird discount of EUR 18 per square metre.
Additional obligatory costs:
- AUMA (Association of the German Trade Fair Industry) EUR 0,60 per m²
- Waste disposal during assembly, dismantling and event EUR 5,95 per m²
- Marketing-Services for direct exhibitors EUR 1.290
