Only direct exhibitors at embedded world 2025 are entitled to rent rooms. The tenant is not entitled to use rooms and other areas for purposes other than those specified or to rent the premises to other companies. Changes to the purpose of use require the approval of the organizer. We would like to point out that room rentals for events with theme overlaps with the embedded world Conference and the Exhibitor Forum may be rejected.
