DRAM memory modules

Our broad portfolio covers memory modules ranging from the latest DDR5 to the earliest DDR1 generation. The industrial series includes DIMMs and SODIMMs with optional features such as ECC, an extended temperature range, and a fixed bill of materials. During the production process, every single DRAM module is tested on a motherboard using our state-of-the-art testing software developed by our in-house R&D.

Solid State Drives

SSDs for industrial use are available in all mainstream form factors, including 2.5", mSATA, and M.2 SATA & NVMe. This wide range of options makes it easier to match the right drive to the target application. All drives can be configured with 3D TLC, 3D pSLC, MLC, pSLC, and SLC NAND Flash.

Flash Memory

NAND Flash-based memory represents a distinct group of products with various interfaces and applications. Depending on the type of NAND used, these products vary in durability, speed and capacity. However, all are equipped with advanced mechanisms to ensure data integrity. We offer a wide range of Flash products, including CFast, CFexpress, SD & microSD cards, eMMC, and USB Flash drives.

Goodram Industrial memory and storage products are tested to IEC 60068 and meets MIL-STD-810 criteria. Products with firmware such as eMMC/MCP, uSD/SD and SSD can be tailored to meet the specific functional and safety requirements of a given application.
