Communicating safe I/O signals to an industrial network requires safe – but also non-safe communication and signal processing capabilities.

With Ixxat Safe T100 and Anybus CompactCom, HMS offers an out-of-the-box module-based solution for this problem. The communication module Anybus CompactCom handles the non-safe communication as usual, and the Safety module Ixxat Safe T100 cares for the safe communication. The safety module offers direct connectivity with the Anybus CompactCom, leveraging the black channel principle and enabling seamless communication for both safe and non-safe protocols on the same wire.

The small form-factor and the seamless fit allow easy implementation of safe I/O signals into your device.
