The ME54BS01 features the Nordic nRF54L15 SoC, integrated with a 128MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33 MCU, with receive sensitivity up to -98dBm, supports industrial-grade wide temperature ranges -40℃ to 105℃. It has a size of 23.2x17.4x2mm, rich peripherals and 19 GPIOs, a 1.5MB of non-volatile memory and 256KB of RAM, capable of running multiple wireless protocols simultaneously. It integrated with a high-performance onboard antenna, bult in 32.768KHz crystal oscillator and a DC-DC circuit helps simplify customer's design and reduce development time. ME54BS01 will pre-certify with various certifications including Bluetooth, FCC, CE, IC, TELEC, and KC, helps to reduce certification costs and shorten time to market. Designed for PSA Level 3 certification, it offers enhanced security, supports BLE 5.4, Bluetooth Mesh, Thread, and Matter protocols, providing next level wireless connectivity with minimum cost for smart homes, wearables, and more.
