More than ensuring reliable 5G connectivity for thousands of data sources, the 5G Edge IoT Gateway is a compact and lightweight computing device that packs a powerful punch, thanks to its Quad-Core ARM® v8 Cortex® A53 64bit, 1.5GHz CPU and real-time ARM® Cortex® M4 co-processor.

Designed to meet industry-standard specifications, our Linux-based gateway supports mission-critical operations in temperatures ranging between -40°C and 85°C. With its robust design and flexibility, our gateway seamlessly integrates into diverse industrial environments, offering unparalleled performance and reliability.

To ease deployment of use cases and solutions, the 5G Edge IoT Gateway is designed alongside the CTHINGS.CO Orchestra, a state-of-the-art networking solution making provisioning and maintenance of private networks as simple as a few clicks. Additionally, this solution opens the possibility for curated backend systems including FOTA (Firmware Over The Air), open APIs for connecting external systems, as well as data visualization capabilities through our interfaces and supported protocols.

The certified and market-proven 5G Suite Connectivity Cards take away the hassle of adding 2.4 GHz connectivity stacks to new or existing devices.

The 5G Suite Connectivity Cards from CTHINGS.CO are extension cards based on the Nordic® Semiconductor nRF52840 SoC, nRF9161 SoC, and Silicon Labs® MGM240P SoC. They are multi-protocol chips designed to empower IoT integrators to implement Bluetooth® 5.3 including Bluetooth Low Energy, Bluetooth Mesh, Wirepas®, Thread®, Zigbee®, 802.15.4, ANT, and other 2.4 GHz protocol stacks.

The extension cards allow for full-fledged utilization of the on-board 32-bit ARM® Cortex™-M4 CPU with FPU. In addition, the ARM TrustZone® CryptoCell cryptographic unit brings an extensive range of cryptography options.

With full CE class-B and RED certification, the 5G Suite Connectivity Cards can be used to quickly and reliably add 2.4 GHz protocol stack support to any device with a mini-PCIe or an M.2 slot, ensuring seamless radio performance.

Additionally, CTHINGS.CO provides various pre-flashing options, including support for DFU bootloader for in-system programming, ready board support for Zephyr® RTOS, and tested support for Wirepas Mesh 2.4 GHz profile.

A full J-Trace connector is also available on a programming jigby CTHINGS.CO for convenient firmware development.
