Produktbeschreibung

The Racyics® ABX® IP is a cutting-edge adaptive body bias (ABB) generator for GlobalFoundries® 22FDX® technology. Featuring patented closed control loops with independent N-well and P-well body bias voltage generation, this silicon-proven IP dynamically compensates for process, voltage, and temperature (PVT) variations during operation.

Delivered as a compact hardmacro, the ABX® IP ensures easy and seamless integration into your design—completely independent of customer-specific design content. It’s fully interoperable with foundation IP standard cells and SRAM and supports a wide range of reference clock frequencies and biased chip areas.

The ABX® IP provides both forward body bias (FBB) and reverse body bias (RBB) capabilities, enabling:

  • Up to 9x speed improvement for ultra-low voltage (ULV) applications down to 0.40V.
  • Up to 76% leakage power reduction for automotive-grade applications at 150°C junction temperature.
  • Aging compensation for long-term performance stability in automotive environments.

For automotive applications, the ABB generator is available as an ISO26262 Safety Element out of Context (SEooC) with ASIL D capability and is compliant to automotive-grade 1 and grade 2 requirements.
